The iconic helical form rises from the ground as a unique sculptural shape when viewed from a distance. Cut through this form is the pattern that includes various portraits of the animals, plants & people that make up the Tamarac environment. The “seek & find” aspect of this work makes for seeing new things hidden in the artwork each time it is viewed. The stainless steel is formed & hand finished to reflect light in ever-changing ways as the sun angle changes and one travels past the piece.
