This sculpture is a symbol of the City, incorporating Evansville's horseshoe bend in the Ohio River as its theme. Referencing the map of the City, radiating concentric circles emanate from the location of the City center, held within a fluid grid of wild arcs in which contains abstracted mages of local flora & fauna.
